1) Acceptance & eligibility

By accessing or using Velatrix Games (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent/guardian.

2) Accounts & security

• You are responsible for your account activity and keeping login details confidential.
• You must provide accurate information and promptly update it.
• Tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.

3) Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
• Do not harass others or post unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to bypass security or access areas you are not authorised to access.

4) Content, IP & user submissions

We (and our licensors) own the Service, including software, artwork, and trademarks. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial gameplay only. If you submit content (e.g., chat, feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, use, reproduce, and display it for operating and improving the Service. You must have rights to anything you submit.

5) Virtual currency & virtual items

Any virtual currency, points, or virtual items are licensed, not sold. They have no real-world value, are not legal tender, and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may modify, suspend, or remove virtual items/currency to operate the Service or address misuse, subject to applicable law. Purchases are final except where refunds are required by Australian law.

6) Changes, suspension & termination

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, to protect users, or to comply with law.

7) Availability, disclaimers & Australian Consumer Law

The Service may be unavailable or experience errors. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

8) Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (e.g., loss of profits, data, goodwill). Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited (at our option) to resupplying the Service or paying the cost of resupply.

9) Complaints & disputes

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve issues quickly. Provide details of your complaint and any supporting information. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.

10) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the State of New South Wales. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and Australia.
